Located a the Free Library of Philadelphia (there is road construction in the area) - 1901 Vine Street. The Oklahoma Donkey is easy spot, being lemon yellow with a large geometric pattern. In the center of the donkey's backside is a red bison and a depiction of the "Survivor Tree", a 90 year old American Elm across from what was the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City which was destroyed in the 1995 bombing. The tree survived the bombing and today stands as a tribute to renewal and rebirth.
